Overview.

Calverley old Hall is a medieval manor house with Grade 1 listed building status. FFBS worked with Landmark Trust in restoring and installing M&E services to bring the building to the 21st century. The project is in 3 buildings consisting of a 10 bed holiday let, community space and 1 bed assured tenancy. Starting in 2022 to hand over spring 2024.
