Unusual Rigging’s new headquarters in Bugbrooke represents a pioneering approach to sustainable workplace design. Developed around circular economy principles, the building has been designed for full disassembly, enabling components to be reused at the end of their lifecycle. The scheme incorporates advanced biogenic materials and achieves EPC A+ performance, positioning it as a benchmark for regenerative, low-carbon workspaces.
Recognised at the British Council for Offices Awards 2025 for both “Corporate Workplace” and “Best of the Best”, the project has been described as a model for future circular-led developments and a significant step forward in sustainable commercial architecture.
