Scope
Front Five Building Services Limited were appointed to install the major plantroom works to the Westgate Shopping Centre, Oxford, for a new client, with works that began in March 2017. The project required installation of a full facility plantroom inclusive of boiler systems, CHP, Heating vessels, heating supplies to the centre, and domestic water systems.
Objective
Front Five were selected to carry out their works as we carry the expertise to install high quality plantroom spaces inclusive of onsite large scale welded pipework inclusive of gas main infrastructure. The project will eventually form part of the largest project in Oxford, developing the existing 1960’s concrete shopping centre into a new entertainment, retail, and residential hub.
