Taking the clients performance requirements, Front Five Building Services have designed and installed the full mechanical, electrical, and specialist services.
Scope
Having started on site in August 2016, Front Five have successfully completed Phase II and III of the Extra Care Village, Sticker Lane Bradford. The mixed-use scheme included an office space, a day centre, and a 28-bed care facility.
Objective
Taking the clients performance requirements, Front Five Building Services have designed and installed the full mechanical, electrical, and specialist services including LPHW heating, domestic hot and cold water services, above ground drainage, sanitaryware, controls, ventilation, LV distribution, small power, internal and external lighting, photovoltaics, data, communal TV system, fire alarm, security, door access control, CCTV, and car charging facilities.
