OVERVIEW
Front Five Building Services were awarded the contract to supply new Cat A office space in central Leeds with our key client partner.
Scope
The re-fit works were carried out in the professional quarters of the city and consist of new office working areas over two floors with full design, supply, install, and commission of mechanical, and electrical services inclusive of air conditioning, and data backbone.
Objective
Front Five were selected due to our ability to provide full turnkey design and build solutions to a budget for the client in a very tight site with programme constraints.
The project was handed over to the highest standards for the new tenant who had secured the property.
