Forming part of the Headingley Regeneration Project located in the grounds of long-term University premises, there are a number of new build and preservation building schemes transforming the heart of this traditional educational suburb of Leeds.
Objective
To create a residential facility set amongst the new build professional letting market that retains the listed status and appeal of the traditional University facility but combined the very latest technology and living requirements. Front Five continued their established partnership with a great local developer, and building team, to ensure the end clients were delighted with their accommodation, and proud to live in a period preserved building.
