OVERVIEW
A new shell and infrastructure for Aldi, York.
Scope
Front Five Building Services Limited were delighted to have secured the contract for the Developers Shell Works at the new Aldi Store, Water Lane, York. The scheme involved the Design, Supply, and Installation of, new water mains, external lighting, lightning protection system, LV Distribution and Small Power Systems. Works were carried out and completed 2017.
Objective
The project also formed part of a new development on the northern ring road around York, and was programmed for significant expansion with retail, commercial, and residential stages in the following months.
